If you would like to join the Patient Participation Group (PPG) at our surgery, complete the form below to register your interest. A member of our PPG will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
The Patient Participation Group (PPG) is a great way to share your views and help represent patients at Castle Gardens Surgery.
We value feedback from our patients on all aspects of the services we provide. There are a number of ways you can get involved, from joining an email group to attending meetings and sharing your thoughts.
The PPG is made up of patients who meet every three months to discuss their experiences and provide feedback on our services. The group also helps communicate updates about the surgery and ensures patients are involved in important decisions about their care.
We are particularly keen to hear from:
- Patients who use the surgery regularly
- People with long-term health conditions
- Parents of young families
- Individuals with mental health conditions
- Patients aged 75 and over
